4. Quotations and Pricing

  • All quotations are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days.

  • Prices may vary based on site access, system condition or unforeseen issues discovered during work.

  • All prices are subject to VAT (if applicable).

  • Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
     

5. Payment Terms


We accept payment by bank transfer, card or other agreed methods.
Invoices must be paid in full within the stated payment period.
 

Failure to pay may result in:

  • Late payment charges in line with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998

  • Suspension of future work or services
     

6. Cancellations


If you need to cancel or reschedule a booking:

  • Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a call-out fee.


We reserve the right to cancel or postpone services due to unsafe conditions, access issues, or extreme weather.
 

7. Liability


We take care to carry out all services professionally and safely.

However:

  • We are not liable for pre-existing damage, system defects, or issues arising from poor installation or maintenance by others.

  • We are not responsible for damage caused by inaccurate site information or lack of access.

  • Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided.
     

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
 

8. Access and Safety


It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure:
 

  • Safe and clear access to the site for vehicles and equipment

  • That manholes, covers and systems are in a condition suitable for service

  • Pets and residents are kept at a safe distance during operations
